The Saudi movement is showing no signs of slowing down, and they have made a massive offer to Napoli for Victor Osimhen. The offer is worth around €140million.
Osimhen has been linked with a move away from Italy this summer but up until now Napoli have shown no signs of letting him leave. An offer like this could change their minds completely.
Al Hilal would break the record for most expensive transfer from the Seria A if they signed Osimhen.

As reported by Sky Sports News, Al Hilal have made an offer of around €140million for Napoli striker Victor Osimhen.
Osimhen has been linked to a number of top European clubs this summer. None have been willing to pay his massive release clause as of yet.
Napoli want more than the €140million Al Hilal have offered according to reports. The Italian club are said to want around €150million for the player.
Al Hilal are prepared to offer Osimhen wages in the region of £1million pounds per week to sign for the club, which would work out around £52million per-year.
No resolution has been reached between Napoli and Osimhen on a new contract as of yet, and Napoli have said they would consider an offer they could not refuse for the player.
