Liverpool is not currently pursuing a move for Fluminense midfielder Andre Trindade. The Brazilian has been tipped to be on the way to fellow Premier League side Fulham, but there is now a belief that a deal between the two parties has also stalled on that front.

The Reds have been linked to a move for Andre since last summer, but are now unlikely to be in the mix to sign him within this window. Fluminense is open to losing their star midfielder this month, but as of right now, there is no concrete movement regarding what club he will be joining.

Fluminense Open To Andre Sale:

As reported by Ben Jacobs, Liverpool are not actively pursuing a move for Andre, despite being linked to the midfielder for several months. Jacque Talbot has also relayed this evening that a deal to bring Andre to Craven Cottage has stalled, but a Premier League move remains likely.

Fulham have been looking to sign Andre for some months now, but due to the fact Joao Palhinha may now stay in London, they are assessing whether a move for Andre is worthwhile. The anticipated fee is around £ 30 million.

Manchester United have shown previous interest in Andre but are unlikely to pull the trigger on any deal within this window. Manchester City have also been linked in the past, but have never made any concrete moves up until this stage.

Not many clubs like to do business in the January window, but an opportunity like Andre for such a reasonable fee is one many could rue turning down. It remains early days in the window at this stage, but the longer it goes on, expect more clubs to develop an interest in Andre.
