The big decision of the summer has finally been made by Lionel Messi and he has decided to move to America to join Inter Miami in the MLS.

Messi had one of the best seasons of his life due to the incredible World Cup win with Argentina as he got his hands on the trophy and he also had a good campaign stats wise for Paris Saint-Germain as he has got 41 goal contributions in 40 appearances in all competitions for the club.

No renewal of his deal has been discussed though and he was left to speak to any clubs with Barcelona, Saudi Arabia and Inter Miami in discussions with him.

The Argentine has seemingly picked the latter after rejecting one of the biggest offers in history from Saudi Arabia who are attempting to recruit a ton of stars to their league.

It appears though that Messi waited as long as he possibly could for Barcelona to offer their deal for his return to the club but it did not happen as they took too long and Messi has informed them of his decision so he has now agreed a deal in principle with the American side Inter Miami.

The MLS side, who are owned by David Beckham, have recently sacked Phil Neville and currently sit in 27th place in the league out of 29 sides.

He is expected to make his debut for the club in August.
